Yes it is a picture of snow which we had last week but only a few flakes! Easter weekend we are expecting to hit 70 degrees!!!
Speaking of hot air, the first weekend in June is the 45th annual Helen to the Atlantic Hot Air Balloon Race in Helen, so book now!!!

For people just reading this for the first time let me mention a few things that make us different then any other resort in the N. Georgia.
- We are a vacation only resort, No Live-ins and no-seasonal renters
- We decided last summer to become an adult only RV Park, young adults 13+ are allowed. Children still welcome in the big cabins above the RV park .
Melissa and I have had the pleasure to serve you for 14 years and unless given the right selling offer will continue for many more. We don't have a swimming pool, or a bar, just a clean, quiet resort with full hook ups andbeautiful cabins.

We are already starting to fill up but as of now no sold-out dates yet, but we know it is going to be a banner year, so get your reservations in early.
